Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements is respected by all Nanochallenge and Polymerchallenge 2012 representatives with direct access to information related to the submitted documents: Nanochallenge and Polymerchallenge Organizing Committee, Veneto Nanotech, IMAST, Intesa Sanpaolo, Macorig &Co, Concept/Scientific Jury and Contest Jury.
The organizers and affiliates of the competition take all reasonable measures to preserve the confidentiality of submitted executive summaries and business plans and to ensure that all the teams and team members retain all rights to ideas and intellectual property, as applicable. Nevertheless, they cannot take further responsibility to protect the intellectual property nor other rights of the contestants.
Veneto Nanotech and IMAST do not share submissions with parties outside of the judging panels neither before nor following the competition, unless after written authorization from the teams.
The protection of intellectual property (other than that provided by the Organizing Committee) remains the only responsibility of the Team and is encouraged.
